How long will it take to receive my order?

Each order is made, packed, and shipped with care. From production to delivery, most domestic U.S. orders arrive in about 2 weeks. International orders may take longer depending on your country's postal service and customs.

Where do you ship?

Currently, I ship throughout the United States. International shipping may be added in the future, so stay tuned!

Are your stickers waterproof?

No. These stickers are designed for planners, journals, notebooks, and other paper surfaces. They are not intended for water bottles, cars, or outdoor use.

What size planner are your stickers made for?

My sticker sheets are designed specifically for A5 dot grid bullet journals, but many of the stickers can be used in a variety of planners, journals, and notebooks.

What paper are the stickers printed on?

My stickers are printed on high-quality matte sticker paper for vibrant colors and a smooth writing surface.

Will you be releasing new sticker collections?

Absolutely! New collections and seasonal designs are released regularly. The best way to stay updated is by joining the newsletter or following along on social media.

Can I request a custom sticker design?

Not at this time. My focus is on creating themed collections, but custom stickers may be offered in the future.

My order arrived damaged or there's a problem. What should I do?

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and I'll do my best to make it right.

Can I return or exchange my stickers?

Because each order is made especially for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there's an issue with your order, please reach out so I can help.
